Live Chat support is an extra service we are evaluating to provide quicker support interactions and much shorter, potentially nonexistent, wait times. Live chat will be offered to our active clients at no additional cost, and our standard telephone support will continue to be available as well.

The demand for Live Chat will be gauged over the coming weeks to determine long term plans.
Please do try this new service and let us know what you think!

By clicking the “Live Chat” icon from the support website, you will be able to initiate a chat session with the next available Live Chat technician. Technicians will be able to dial into your system with you and walk through a question or problem on the chat line just as they are able to do through standard telephone support.

Step 1. Log in to the online helpdesk at

Step 2. Click "Live Chat Icon"

Live Chat technicians will be able to answer questions and assist in minor to intermediate level issues. If an issue proves too complex to effectively handle through a chat session, it will be elevated into a standard telephone support ticket.

The “Live Chat” icon on the support website will update to show the current availability of Live Chat technicians.

The chat line will be fully staffed during normal operating hours for the duration of the Live Chat Beta. Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
