How to Re-submit Claims from Batch History

To re-submit claims:

  1. First go to Claims History/Actions/Load Batch

  2. Choose the batch you want to open.

  3. The claims will appear on the Claims History Grid.

  4. Choose the claim or claims you wish to deal with. You may want to edit the claim before sending.

  5. Go to "Send To" and pick how you want to send the claim.

  6. When the "Confirm Send" box appears, answer "Yes".

  7. You may also choose to send an entire batch at one time by clicking on the first claim, and holding the shift key down, and selecting the last claim.

  8. Again, right click and select "Send To" to re-submit the entire batch.
