How do I fix a Subscriber Information must be Filled claim scrubbing error?

The scrubbing errors shown below indicate that the subscriber information associated with the claim is incomplete.

To correct this, and remove the scrubbing errors:

  1. Highlight the claim and right click

  2. Select 'Go To' and the Patient Plan (this will take you directly to the insurance plan that is attached to the claim). 

  3. Look at the Subscriber information and click the pencil icon  sub info   to the right of the subscriber's name.

  4. Populate the missing information, i.e. Date of Birth, Address, City, State, or Zip.

  5. Click Save

  6. Go back to Claims Management

  7. Highlight the claim and 'Edit Claim - Regather from Database'.
