How to Change the Provider on an Encounter in Charting

1. Find the encounter and select it.  Go to Encounter Review under the Actions column.

2. In Encounter Review, click "Mangage" at the top right.

3. Choose Change Provider.

4. Select the provider that should be the correct provider on the encounter.

5. That is now the provider on the encounter.
